Eligibility Criteria of Gauhati High Court Recruitment:

Educational Qualification:

1. Stenographer Grade-II:

Graduate with computer knowledge and diploma in shorthand having preferable speed of 100 w.p.m and preferable computer typing speed of 40 w.p.m. A diploma in Stenography should be from a recognized institution.

2. Driver:

Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Central or Stat Board.

Must possess a valid Transport Driving License.

Minimum experience of at least 2 (two) years must be in driving passenger bus (minimum 36 seater)

 3. Duftry:  Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Central or State Board.

Age Limit:

Category wise age limits are given below for the posts, as on the last date of receipt of applications Unreserved - 40 years

OBC/ MOBC - 43 years

SC, ST (P), and ST (H) - 45 years

PwBD - 50 years

 

Proof of Residency:

A Candidate must possess a valid registration certificate of Employment Exchange for the State of Assam for all the above said posts.
